The calendar is completed for the school of ministry. We have classes and breaks and outreaches and hopefully everything set up so that the structure of it will run smoothly. Now we are working on getting curriculum done so we can actually start teaching. Thanks for praying, continued prayers for wisdom in the preparation. The school will start August 2nd, the first day of classes. We will have an orientation day on the 30th of July, which would be a Saturday.
This last week on the compound everyone’s been taking personality test. We just got done with our meeting to talk about what does that mean for us. There’s a lot of really caring people that work here and I think it was a really good conversation. Thankyl you guys for praying for this, we want to be a stronger team and this will help us.
I have spent some time talking with Bev this week, a young woman who is here attending college. We’ve had some discussions over dinner about apologetics. It’s been good talking with her. Pray for all the small conversions people are having, pointing to Christ in all things.
I also had Flossy and her girls over for dinner. It was good to catch up with her and just spend a little time re-establishing relationships.
Today I am getting ready to go cook with Gerald in the kitchen. Some call him Lugudo. We’re making black bean salad, yum.
Then this week, I wanted to ask for prayers specifically for the neighborhood Ministries, which is Danida and Bugembe. They seem to be thriving and going well but if we could just pray for more souls to be saved and for people to go deeper in their faith.
Thank you guys for coming on this journey with me and I’ll talk to you next week have a good week
